The alarm cause 1-57 as specified in CCITT Rec. X.733(1992 E)|ISO/EIC 10164-4:1992 (E). Alarm cause 'unknown' may be set if the cause can not be determined, or if the event was not caused by an alarm. (0 and 58 and above are proprietary).
