cermResOwnerSubTypeName
This is a textual string indicating name of the resource owner sub-type. For example, 'processor' memory and 'io' memory are two sub-types in the 'memory' resource owner. If the resource owner does not have any sub-types, this object value for the resource owner will be a zero-length string.
