If rttMonReactThresholdType value is 'xOfy', this object defines the 'x' value. If rttMonReactThresholdType value is 'consecutive' this object defines the number of consecutive occurrences that needs threshold violation before setting rttMonReactOccurred as true. If rttMonReactThresholdType value is 'average' this object defines the number of samples that needs be considered for calculating average.
