It is 'thresholdWarn(3)' if the object ccacSysRpCurReading has exceeded the value of ccacSysRpMedThreshold and not yet greater than the value of ccacSysRpHighThreshold in ccacSysResPolicyTable. It is 'thresholdClear(1)' if the object ccacSysRpCurReading has fallen below the value of ccacSysRpLowThreshold in ccacSysResPolicyTable.
