cieIfInRuntsErrs
The number of packets input on a particular physical interface which were dropped as they were smaller than the minimum allowable physical media limit. Discontinuities in the value of this variable can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the values of cieIfPacketDiscontinuityTime.
