cdxQosMaxDownBWExcessPackets
The number of downstream bandwidth packets which exceeds the maximum downstream bandwidth allowed for a service defined in the Quality of Service profile associated with this Sid. The packet which exceeds the maximum downstream bandwidth allowed will be dropped by the downstream's rate limiting process using one of the rate limiting algorithm.
