The value of tmnxMobPdnUeRowStatus specifies the row status of this entry. It is used for the creation and deletion of this User Equipment (UE) entry. Creation of a new row will result in the existing row, if any, to be deleted. If a UE is not served by the gateway identified by tmnxMobGwId, then the row creation will fail with an 'inconsistentName' error. The creation or deletion of an entry in this table causes creation or deletion of corresponding entries in tmnxMobPdnPdnContextTable, tmnxMobPdnBearerContextTable, tmnxMobPdnBcSdfTable and tmnxMobPdnBcSdfFilterTable.
