The value of tmnxMobServS11GtpcDdnDumpTimer specifies the Downlink Data Notification (DDN) dumping timer. If the SGW receives an 'Unable to page UE' code in a DDN Ack, the SGW will stop sending DDNs for that particular UE until the dampening timer expires. The SGW will also discard DL packets during this interval. If the timer is set to 0 seconds, the SGW will not perform dampening.
