The tmnxOtuIfRowStatus controls the creation and deletion of row entries in the tmnxOtuIfTable. Creating a row in the tmnxOtuIfTable using 'createAndGo (4)' enables OTU encapsulation for the interface. Deleting the row using 'destroy (6)' will disable the OTU encapsulation. If a physical port does not support the OTU encapsulation, an attempt to set the tmnxOtuIfRowStatus to a value of 'createAndGo (4)' will fail with an inconsistent value result.
