The value of tmnxMcLagLacpIdInUse indicates whether or not the mc-lag values (i.e. system-id, system priority and lacp-key) are advertised to the Lacp peer. If the value of this object is 'true', the mc-lag values are advertised. Otherwise the normal lag values are advertised.
