tAtmIfcRowStatus indicates the current RowStatus of the IFC. Entries in the tAtmIfcInfoTable are created as a result of the creation of another system entity (such as a SAP). Since entries in this table can not be created directly, tAtmIfcRowStatus is read-only and will always be 'active' if the row exists.
