tSchedulerPolicyFrameBasedAccnt
The value of tSchedulerPolicyFrameBasedAccnt specifies whether to use frame-based accounting for the schedulers within the scheduler policy and the children queues parented to the scheduling policy. If the value is 'false', the default packet-based accounting method will be used.
