This object indicates whether the information in this row should be considered valid. When active(1), the information is valid and represents the current peer of the OAM entity. When inactive(2), the information in this row is invalid. A value of inactive(2) is returned if the h3cDot3OamOperStatus is disabled, passiveWait, or activeSendLocal. For all other values of h3cDot3OamOperStatus, a value of active(1) is returned.
