nmsifthTemplateRowStatus
This object is used to create and delete threshold templates. The values of nmsifthTemplateName and nmsifthTemplateNotifyHoldDownType must be provided before activating the entry. An entry can only be deleted when there are no active entries in the nmsifthTemplateIfAssignTable with the same value of nmsifthTemplateIndex. When an entry is deleted, all associated entries in the nmsifthThresholdTable are also deleted. After the entry has been activated, this object cannot be set to any value other than 'destroy'. The row status never changes to 'notInService' after reaching the value 'active'.
