itsSnkTtpAdminStatus
The administrative state of the connection. The value controls the desired state of the connection from the trail termination point (TTP). up(1). The connection shall be active. down(2). The connection shall be in-active; active connection are torn down and alarms are cleared. This is the required state when changing the configuration of the TTP.
