chmgrOChanOperStatus
The operational status of the channel. If the operational status of the connection is up, indicated in chmgrOConnOperStatus, a value of up(1) indicates that the channel is operational, and a value of down(2) indicates that the channel is not operational due to an error. The object chmgrOChanErrorMessage describes the problem. If the operational status of the connection is down, the value of the object is always down.
