vasMpuSrcOperStatus
The operational state of the Multiple Pull source. The value normally follow the state of the administrative state. up(1). The Multiple pull source is up and operational. down(2). The Multiple pull source is not operational, either because its administrative state is down, or because of an error. If it is down because of an error, an alarm should be raised and the vasMpuSrcFailure should describe the fault.
