qosSwitchPolicyDefaultTCMaxBandwidth
Specifies the maximum bandwidth available to the default traffic class. Traffic under this bandwidth will be designated as bandwidth class 2. The value 2147483647 indicates that there is no limit on the maximum bandwidth for the default traffic class for this policy.
