The number of frame errors that must occur for this event to be triggered. If h3cDot3OamErrFrameThreshold frame errors occur within a window of h3cDot3OamErrFrameWindow (in tenths of seconds), an Event Notification OAMPDU should be generated with an Errored Frame Event TLV indicating the threshold has been crossed in this window.
