h3cDot3OamAdminState
This object is used to provision the default administrative OAM mode for this interface. This object represents the desired state of OAM for this interface. The h3cDot3OamAdminState always starts in the disabled(1) state until an explicity management action or configuration information retained by the system causes a transition to the enabled(2) state. Note that the value of this object is ignored when the interface is not operating in full-duplex mode. OAM is not supported on half-duplex links.
