Specifies whether individualized PAE octet and frame counts are supported. If TRUE then system is capable of maintaining separate counter sets for each, of possibly many, Authenticator PAE instance on a port. If FALSE then system is incapable of maintaining separate counter sets. Frame and octet counter values returned are an aggregate of all PAE sessions on the port.
