diffServQNext
This selects the next Differentiated Services Scheduler. The RowPointer must point to a diffServSchedulerEntry. A value of zeroDotZero in this attribute indicates an incomplete diffServQEntry instance. In such a case, the entry has no operational effect, since it has no parameters to give it meaning. Setting this to point to a target that does not exist results in an inconsistentValue error. If the row pointed to is removed or becomes inactive by other means, the treatment is as if this attribute contains a value of zeroDotZero.
