diffServMeterSpecific
This indicates the behavior of the meter by pointing to an entry containing detailed parameters. Note that entries in that specific table must be managed explicitly. For example, diffServMeterSpecific may point to an entry in diffServTBParamTable, which contains an instance of a single set of Token Bucket parameters. Setting this to point to a target that does not exist results in an inconsistentValue error. If the row pointed to is removed or becomes inactive by other means, the meter always succeeds.
