diffServClfrElementSpecific
A pointer to a valid entry in another table, filter table, that describes the applicable classification parameters, e.g. an entry in diffServMultiFieldClfrTable. The value zeroDotZero is interpreted to match anything not matched by another classifier element - only one such entry may exist for each classifier. Setting this to point to a target that does not exist results in an inconsistentValue error. If the row pointed to is removed or becomes inactive by other means, the element is ignored.
