vrrpOperationsPrimaryIpAddr
In the case where there are more than one IP Address (associated IP addresses) for a given `ifIndex', this object is used to specify the IP address that will become the 'vrrpOperationsMasterIpAddr', should the virtual router transition from backup state to master.
