An entry in real server probe table.
Each entry is for a health probe configured in a
real server. There can be multiple health probes
configured in a real server. The 'slbEntity' is used
in identifying the module in which configuration
is applied. The 'cesRserverName' identifies the
real server in which probe is configured.
