A flag indicates whether the
ntpAuthenticationSecretKey is trusted or
untrusted. Setting a ntpAuthenticationSecretKey
to trusted(1) allows authentication on NTP
packets containing this key, and setting a
ntpAuthenticationSecretKey to untrusted(2) drops
all NTP packets containing this key.
