The address to be compared with source MAC
addresses of received packets when the
portSecurityAdminStatus is enabled(1). Setting
this value to 0.0.0.0.0.0 puts the port in
learning mode so that the next source MAC
address received by the port becomes the
portSecuritySecureSrcAddr.
