A threshold defined for the customer profile overflow
limit (crpmsCpOverflowLimit). It represents the percentage
of the limit that when exceeded triggers a crpmsRisingAlarm
or a crpmsFallingAlarm notification (refer to the
notification definitions in this MIB for more details).
A value of 100 percent cannot be exceeded and therefore
disables this threshold setting. A value of 0 percent is
always exceeded.
