When this object is set to 'true', it allows the generation of
the APS-related notifications defined in the CISCO-APS-MIB.
When this object is set to 'false', it prevents the generation
of the APS-related notifications defined in the CISCO-APS-MIB.
By default, this object is set to 'false'.
