This object indicates which of the two passbands are being used
to receive transmissions. The RF Resource can receive on either of
the duplexor passbands.
loPassband(1) - The RF Resource is receiving on a frequency within
the range identified by cwrDuplexorLoPassbandRange.
hiPassband(2) - The RF Resource is receiving on a frequency within
the range identified by cwrDuplexorHiPassbandRange.
