The source of the busyout request either pending or
active for the DSO.
none - The DS0 is not busied out nor has a busyout
request pending
local - The DS0 is busied out or has a pending request
due to an adminstrative command issued locally.
internal - The DS0 is busied out or has a pending request
due to internal system processing.
remote - The DS0 is busied out or has a pending request
due to a request from the peer switch.
