The BFD Session IP Mapping Table maps given
ciscoBfdSessInterface, ciscoBfdSessAddrType, and
ciscoBbfdSessAddr to an associated BFD sessions'
CiscoBfdSessIndexTC used in the ciscoBfdSessTable.
This table SHOULD contains those BFD sessions are
of IP type: singleHop(1) and multiHop(2).
