This object controls if the H.248 overload package
(H.248.11) and its associated features should be enabled
for the media gateway.
If this object is set to 'false', then the following MIB
objects and MIB table will be ignored:
cmedxOverloadNotifyState
cmedxOverloadNotifyEnabled.
