This objects specifies the number of level corresponding to
which a different call reduction rate notification is
generated towards MGC.
Each level has a different call reduction rate, the CRR
information is stored on cmedxCallReduceLevelTabl.
And The table size equals to the value of
'cmedxCRRNumOfLevel'.
