The value of aluExtDS1PortLineImpedance indicates the current line
impedance set on the physical T1/E1 port.
T1 Ports may only be configured to have an impedance of 100 Ohms.
E1 Ports may be configured to have an impledance of either 75 or
120 Ohms where the default impedance is 120 Ohms.
