The value of vRtrRipGroupAdminStatus indicates the desired
administrative state for this RIP group or instance.
If a RIP group entry object is set to outOfService, then all
interfaces in the group are shutdown operationally.
If set to inService, all interfaces within the group are
re-enabled operationally unless they have been administratively
shutdown at the interface level.
