Each entry represents the configuration for
WLAN Gateway functions in a particular virtual router instance.
Entries in this table can be created and deleted via SNMP SET
operations to tmnxWlanGwRowStatus.
A corresponding row in the TIMETRA-VRTR-MIB::vRtrConfTable must exist
in order to create a row in this table.
