associated with this RADIUS Server policy.
The virtual router instance of that RADIUS server is the value of the
object tmnxRadSrvPlcyRouter.
A row in this table can only be created if a conceptual row
with this name and this virtual router instance
exists in the tmnxRadServTable.
A value for this object must be specified
when the row is created.
