If tmnxPtpClockClockType is 'ordinaryMaster (2)', all entries in this table will have tmnxPtpPeerRemoteMaster set to 'false', and it cannot be changed. If tmnxPtpClockClockType is 'boundary (3)', there may be entries in this table with tmnxPtpPeerRemoteMaster set to 'false', indicating that the local clock is only providing timing information to the remote PTP peer. This peer may be changed to one that may either receive or provide timing, by setting tmnxPtpPeerRemoteMaster to 'true'.
