The value of tmnxMobPdnS2aIfPmipv6Profile specifies the Proxy Mobile
IPv6 (PMIPv6) profile name. The PMIPv6 profile provides protocol
related information applicable to PMIPv6 peers.
If a corresponding PMIPv6 profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfPmipv6Table,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
