group number of this group of BSX MDAs at the Access Point Name (APN)
level.
The corresponding row for the AA group must have already been created
in the TIMETRA-BSX-NG-MIB::tmnxBsxIsaAaGrpTable.
The value of zero indicates that no BSX MDA group is specified.
