The value of tmnxMobPdnApnAuthServerGroup specifies the radius group
profile to be used for the authentication.
If a corresponding radius group profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfRadGrpTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
