The value of tmnxMobGwSysGroupSysLimitName specifies the system limit
profile name for this group.
If a corresponding system limit profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfSysTable, an 'inconsistentValue'
error will be returned.
