The value of tmnxMobServSigDiaProfile specifies the diameter profile
name. Diameter profile provides diameter connection related
information.
If a corresponding diameter profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfDiaTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
