The tmnxEthTunnelApsMemberEntry contains the APS information
pertaining to an Ethernet Tunnel Group member.
Entries in the tmnxEthTunnelApsMemberTable are created and destroyed
by the system, when the Ethernet Tunnel Group object
tmnxEthTunnelProtectionType is changed.
