The tmnxBsxStatAaSubSdyTable contains an entry for
each application-assurance special study subscriber
for each statistics type within a group, partition
and statistics interval.
Each row contains the application assurance per-subscriber
statistics collected for the special study
subscriber. A subscriber is uniquely identified
by a tmnxBsxAaSubscriberType and
tmnxBsxAaSubscriber.
