The value of tmnxBsxAqpSapSubscrOp specifies, along
with the Service Access Point (SAP) indicated by
tmnxBsxAqpSapSubscrPortId and tmnxBsxAqpSapSubscrEncapValue,
the operator to match against to resolve to an AQP action.
This object was obsoleted in R9.0 and replaced
with the tmnxBsxAqpAaSubscriberOp object.
