The value of tmnxBsxAaGrpPartRowStatus specifies
the row status. Rows in the tmnxBsxAaGrpPartTable are
created by specifying the value of 'createAndGo (4)',
and deleted by specifying the value of 'destroy (6)'.
Row entries with partition index '0' are created by
creating an ISA group in the tmnxBsxIsaAaGrpTable and
cannot be deleted directly from this table. Instead
the corresponding group should be deleted from
the tmnxBsxIsaAaGrpTable.
