The value of tmnxL2tpApNasPortIdSfixType specifies what type of
suffix will be added to the NAS-Port-Id attribute if included in RADIUS
accounting-request messages.
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxL2tpApIncludeAttributes.
